| Second Winter | | Three weddings, two babies and two deaths | | 1/17/2008 11:30 AM | Paul Zimarro was the first gypsy arriving in Windlebridge. He married Esmeralda and they had 7 daughters. To carry on his family name he asked his young relative, Tobar Zimarro, to join his family and marry his daughter Rosa.
After Pauls death the wagon was burned down, as the gypsy tradition demands and a a new bigger and better wagon was obtained - as a matter of fact two wagons, which is more comfortable when the families are big.
Right after the double wedding, Esmeralda died of old age, happy to see six of her seven daughters married. And Tobar and Rosa also had twins - a girl they named Esmeralda after grandmother, and a boy named Tamas. The first boy born for a very long time in the Zimarro wagon. |

The Gypsy Wagons are by nature limited in space, and living is cramped. A stove for cooking and warmth, also means risk of fire. Beds everywhere. Toilet and washing needs taken care of outside.
Two more wagons joined the camp recently, Bojko and Taikon.

| | Third Fall | | New Gypsy Camps | | 10/30/2008 11:00 AM |
This fall, Gypsy Hill in Windle was rebuilt. There are now two areas, Gypsy Hill North and Gypsy Hill South, each with four wagons and a common area.
Hygiene can be a problem in the gypsy camps, as all needs must be taken care of outside. Natural small ponds are used for bathing, and can also be a nice place to hang out with your beloved ones, when the wagons are cramped. |
Of course there are horses - in the future there may be a possibility for the gypsy families to live off selling horses. |
|
The life in the camps is filled with family gatherings and events. Here a birthday party. |
Calypso Lovel was married to Christian Love, a newcomer who placed his wagon at the Gypsy Beach in Windleport, where the newlyweds moved. |

| | Third Spring | | Zimarro Family | | 5/18/2008 3:10 AM |
Life continued for the Zimarro family, after Paul and Esmeralda died last winter. The bears also started to age, and that is a problem - soon they will need replacement bears, or at least find a good male bear to breed new bears with.
The babies became toddlers - little Esme and Tamas. Rosa is pregnant again and will have more babies in the summer.

| | Third Summer | | Gypsy Summer | | 8/23/2008 1:49 PM | Crystal Petul married Zindelo Purrum and moved to his wagon on Gypsy Beach in Windleport. Crystal is the first gypsy of the third generation to be married.
Wedding took place on Gypsy Hill.
On the warm summer nights, the gypsy children gathered to dance. |
