They are the people that keeps the sim world working - maids, nannies, paper delivery people, fire fighters..

 

If a household gets enough funds, they get to hire servants to help with the chores and the children. I use the All-In-One NPC mod, made by the fabulous christianlov, available here: Sims2Graveyard

 

I also use the NPC replacer, made by SimWardrobe

 

Very annoying for a themed neighbourhood is the silly hats the sims2 NPC:s wear. I use a mod I found here to make them appear in more appropriate headgear (simple old fashioned hairdos). All that thread is interesting, even if the project is not completed. I especially long for vehicle replacements - so annoying with these big blue grocery vans..
