| Third Fall | | The new generation | | 10/5/2008 12:13 PM |
There is a big new generation of teenagers in Windlebridge, and even if they work hard on the fields and in the businesses, they also have time for fun and dancing with their peers. Soon they will all be old enough to marry. Who will pair up, who will move away from the village to build a life elsewhere? College is not an option for the common village people and farmers, in this period of sim history. That path is only open to the children of better off families and the richer sims.
Young John Lamb fancies Anne North on North Farm. Will she marry him and move to Lamb Farm, up on the mountain? | |
| | Third Summer | | Who Is The Father? | | 7/26/2008 3:28 PM |
At North Farm life has been filled with sorrow lately: old Joseph North died of old age, mourned by his fourth wife Kitty, born Earle, and their four daughters. Shortly after, when summer just begun, their oldest daughter Sarah died from an illness. In all this sorrow, Josephs oldest son and heir, from his second marriage, was a great support and comfort for Kitty. When she realized that she was pregnant, she did everything to not make anyone think that the baby's father wasn't her late husband.. but was it?
To avoid questions about their close relationship, Kitty found a bride for Jacob. Molly Stone, the prettiest girl in the miner shacks, made a good catch marrying one of the farmers.
The little girl Kitty had later in the summer was named Sarah, after her dead sister. |
| | Third Spring | | A Very Young Widow | | 3/27/2008 1:38 AM |
This spring, old Joseph North on North Farm died. He was a well respected farmer, but had the worst luck with his wives. Two of them died too early, and the third was unfaithful and ran away to live in Windleport, never to be spoken of again on the farm. The fourth wife was the young Kitty Earle, which was a great comfort to Joseph in his old days. He was all infatuated with her, untilthe day he died, and they had four beautiful daughters.
When Joseph died the farm was inherited by his eldest son and favorite, Jacob. The second son John, decided to marry Wanda, who was a maid at the Laughing Cow, and move with her to Windleport.
Jacob is close to his stepmother, just a little bit older than himself.. but how close, really?

| | Second Winter | | Is Fourth Time a Charm at North Farm? | | 1/6/2008 1:23 AM |
Old Joseph North at North Farm really had the worst luck with wives. His first wife died right after the marriage. Second wife, mother of his eldest sons, died after their birth. The third wife, Candace, was unfaithful to him and did something practically unheard of in Windlebridge: she ran away and left her children and husband. Now he married a fourth time, to Kitty, one of the Earle daughters.
