Erwin Swann started his first business on a small island just outside the harbour, known as Catfish Island. He hired a group of experienced fishermen and paid them to come fish for him every day.

 

The small island is torn by waves and wind, but the fishing is good.

 

Building notes: I create islands with Mootildas Lot Expander/Adjuster, which also has an option to move the lot. I moved this one out in the water and removed the road. Then I put pond water around and cut it off on all sides with the shrinking feature. Voilá, an island out in the sea with fishing. The island is a business, I use Simwardrobe's controller for fishing to make the employees fish at work.
